Parthan, widely known as technofreak, is a GNU/Linux enthusiast and an Ubuntero. Has a BE degree in Electrical and Electronics from Anna University. Brought up in Chennai and now residing in Bengaluru, knows 3/4 South Indian languages (Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam). Was a Boy Scout for long time and holds A'Certificate in NCC Army Wing (R&V 1SQNCCC TN & Pondichery).
Work Experience
Had been a Technical Writer and Copy Editor, both as a volunteer contributor for IEEE Madras Section and as a professional. With a variety of work experience spanning 3 years, including Technical writing, Copy editing, LAMP based Web Development, Research Engineer in NRCFOSS, Python Programmer and Usability/HCI practitioner, occasionally takes care of Documentation and Release Management in his current job profile.
